Yeah, Keep it on private property. I was rushed by 2 undercover cops one time in a empty Former Costco parking lot.

They gave me the usual "Feel like going to jail today?" speech and let me go because it's private property and not state highway/roads.


Kinda off topic but relavent
Can they give you reckless driving on private property??
That's what they were claiming.

If you're on private property then the owner has to file charges against you.

If they ever pull me over:
1. I'm learning to drive the car
2. I just got a new clutch put it
3. My tires are pretty old
etc etc.
Haven't got a stunting ticket yet(almost 4 years), but I'm probably shut up if I do.
And don't worry, I'm very careful....If I see cars I won't do it, but if it's a wide street and no cars it's open season.

I understand the owner has to ,but are they the same charges? Are they destruction of property or Reckless driving,etc ?
