Make up my mind on my build

So im looking to make 400whp on my s4 t2 with a street ported motor. I have a bws360 with all supporting mods and am gonna run megasquirt. My decision is between keeping my fd manifold with adapter plate and random rails or using the s4 manifold and going fc3s system. I have 1600blue tops and freshened 550s. Either way i am going to use those injectos but i am unsure of which manifold to use. It seems to be more of a pain in the *** to run the fd manifold as far as the fuel rails go. I like the fc3s fuel system route and think that would be easier. Here is what im working with...

I got a s5 lower with a risingrpm spacer and an FD upper manifold/TB and TPS.
I used the RPM rails too,but before that was S4 rails with A/N fittings.

The FD TPS is supposed to be significantly better than either FC TPS and for tuning.
I'm one of those guys that hoards parts and has truly getting time to start my project, but I'm planning on doing what Styx said and run the S5 LIM with Rising RPM adapter and FD UIM/TB.

the T2 stuff is nice because its all stock and it fits. the FD looks better, but plumbing it all up is harder, power will be about the same. at one point someone did a back to back S5 vs FD upper, and the difference is like 1-2hp

I have the fd upper and lower with an adapter that bolts it directly to the engine. If there is no true gain from this I will just use the fc items. So is the fd upper and lower goin to do anything positive besides look pretty?

Also my engine is already port matched to the adapter plate that bolts to the fd lower intake manifold. I think this would help flow but I am looking for the expert opinions
