To make sure I have got this right... (Injector Thing)
I know, I was a slight fool in not labeling everything, But it's too late now and shouldn't be too diffcult right?
This injector plugs are rotor related correct? The formost set goes to the primary and secondary injectors (which also has a green plug on it) of rotor 1 and the ones closest to the firewall goes to the primary and secondary injectors of rotor number 2 which is also closest to firewall...
I am paranoid about screwing this up....

Santiago thought you were talking about the injectors themselves, not the connectors...
If your harness is even remotely intact, you shouldn't be able to "swap" the connectors. However, if you want to make sure, you can cut away some of the harness wrap, and verify wire color with the FSM wiring diagrams...
