Major power loss

I have a 90 gxl, and i usually drive it normally like under 4000 rpm. but when i went for a wot run the motor seemed to be very sluggish on the top end. And right now i tried doing the same and it felt very restricted, like as if it has lost a lot of power. the last time i felt something like that was when i blew the motor on my 88 TII
does anyone have any siggestions?> 6port not working?

Could be 6port sleeves are froze up. Put some grease on them and see if they move after a good drive.
Could be clogged catalytic converter. Listen for sounds of debris rattling under the car.
Could be just a leak somewhere like in the exaust or one of the vacuum hoses.

Need more info, any other symptoms or irregularities youve noticed?

could be ports, clogged cats, dirty injectors, a tune-up or just mad at you for never redlinning it....
