Major Fuel Problem

Hi,

I have an 1989 GXL RX7 and i only get 250k per a full tank of gas.

I replaced the 02 sensor, but i still get a high reading (above.991). I tried it with other 02 sensors, and the same problem occurs.

Someone please help.!

Oh, found this cool site that allows you to put lamborghini style doors on your rx7, www.lambodoors.com, check it out!

I have the same prob, but i am at about 195 miles per tank. . . i replaced everythin, and I was told i shold rebuild the injectors. .. and I am sure thats it cuz I can smell raw gas when I open the hood where the injectors are. i was told to go to RC engineering. . I checked out there site sounds like a great deal. Rebuild them instead of buy new ones. . .

If your read his location you would see he is from Canada. K would be short for kilometers, although kms is more acceptable.
He gets 155 miles per tankful.

What does your car idle at?

My car idles at 600rpm.

to clear up the situation, i get 250kms per full tank of gas..

my oxygen sensor is tnot working properly, even when i put a new top of the line oxygen sensor, it still reads high, i.e. burns rich.

I'm guessing it could be the cpu???

help me.....!!

What is that, like $225USD? Depending what they say the problem is, that might not be too bad actually.
