Main grounding point bolt is stipped

Hey Ive been having problems with my car latley, not running properly, stuttering under accelertion or just under normal driving conditions. I posted before asking what the problem could be after changing and checking most of the common things and nothing worked. Everyone suggested changine battery cables or atleast connecters.
Anyways I went ahead and started changing the cables, got the postive one off with no problems (other then seperating it from the wiring harness, damn tape every where) but once I got the the negative I ran into a wall. I hade most of it off, just needed to unbolt it from the engine, the main grounding point. Truns out the head on the bolt is a little rounded so I cant take it out.
If any of you know where the grounding point is you know how hard it is to get anything down there other then a open ended wrench. So my question is, whats the best way to get that out? Thanks for any help.

Oh and by the way, its a 1990 NA.

Ignore the damaged bolt and ground your new cable to another bolt. There are plenty of holes in that area you can use.

Ever heard of vice grips? It will take it right off. But why mess with it, listen to Aaron, find another bolt.

Yeah Ive heard of vice grips, its just in an tight spot so its hard to get levrage. The plan was to ground it some where else, just thought I would do it the way it was if possible but if not just ground it some where else. Thanks for the help.
