Magnacor vendor/transmission help

Where can I get the magnacor wires? Also my car shifts kind of hard, expecially into 5th or Reverse, even pressing the lever over that way is harder. Sometimes it even clunks when shifting into reverse or *grimice* grinds the gear when shifting to 5th on rare occasions. Car only has 53,000 miles on it. Would bad bushings cause this? Also, would the mass air flow sensor off a 89-91 fit on an 86 (for easier cone filter mounting).

Unhappy

Sorry, the MAF for an 86-88 is different (mechanical flap) versus the 89-91 (rotating cylinder, I think). The ECU signal is different also. Magnecor wires can be purchased from Magnecor, Mazdatrix, Rotary Performance (rx7.com), and many speed shops, both on-line and local.

Might try putting a good synthetic oil in the gearbox.Shifter bushings aren't exspensive so I'd change them but I don't think bushings would cause it to grind.I'd try the synthetic and see what happens.Alot of people like Redline.I have Mobil 1 in mine.I've heard Royal Purple is good too.
