fc's are supposed to have lsd right cuz mine doesnt work so well but i think i might be low on trans fluid.

look in the faqs and you can find the models they came in...
usually just the tII and gxl's impretty sure. You can find diffs in the for sale and wanted forum

Yup, just about every shop I hit up has parts for FC's

 

They will all have a tag on the back telling there a posi diff.
T11 has an 8'' diff gxl has a 7'' dif. i mean ring gear diameter!

As far as the Japanese models, every one that I have seen came with a factory LSD, but I have only seen a limited number of them.
