I want to lower my 7, and I came across some lowering springs on e-bay I have always been leary about buying things off of e-bay. There : 86-92 Mazda Rx7 RX-7 Intrax Lowering Springs
has anybody heard of intrax? or does anybody have suggestions for lowering?

Intrax is an okay spring if that's what you want it for (lowering). I'm not really a fan of any spring that doesn't tell me the height of the spring, the spring rate, etc. I would say it's not a bad buy though.

Just be careful when lowering a 7 and remember that 2" is very risky (anything over that is just asking for the car to die a horrible death). Ground clearance is already not one of our strong points (5 3/4" I believe it is), take 2 inches from the stock ride height and yea it might look cool (not to me ) but just think of what happens when your exhaust is dragging behind you and *gasp* the oil pan has NO OIL in it... .

Kinda makes me wonder how/why people lower FDs.... Eibi's are the best.
