lower without losing camber?

How hard would it be to lower my car further by modifying strut mounts, or possibly even the body?
Would i be able to prevent alignment being screwed by doing this as opposed to reducing actual spring travel?

Get camber plates instead of modifying the body/towers.

You can't do anything about the rear short of a major custom job to realign the suspension components.

Hey Ted, I thought you could use a rear camber adjuster that replaces the vertical link. Or are you just saying that it's use is limited?

The vertical rear camber bar can only take out about 2 degrees of camber.
Anything more (like a slammed chassis dropped over 2"), it's not enough...
