low feul pressure, studders

i just hooked up the parallel fuel set up and the aeromotive regulator wont go above 25psi under idle. when i try to make a second gear pull it studders like its not getting fuel at first then smooths out. it is also running richer then 10.0 afrs.

Fuel pump dying? Test static fuel pressure per FSM
Regulator faulty? What pressure do you get if you disable the regulator (not familiar with this regulator, but the stock unit you check by removing the vacuum line)

But if you AFR is 10:1, that is way richer than best power (abt 13:1). Are you sure the problem is that it is getting too little fuel, or could it be getting too much? What does your AFR do during the stutter?

The low fuel pressure and rich mixture almost sound like an injector is stuck open, or maybe the idle mixture needs to be readjusted to compensate for your new setup?

What does your fuel pressure show when the line is capped off, i.e. no flow to engine?

Just tee your gauge into the pressure hose that leads from the fuel filter to the hardline on the engine.
