Low comp on rear rotor. Gets worse when warm?

Ok i know my motor is toast, But anyone know why the comp would be Low allmost enough for it too idle smooth when cold.. when it gets warm it drops to allmost zero, Also i pulled the egi fuse out and cranked the car when warm. and Cold, low comp when cold. no or little compression when warm/hot.. also when i crank it when its warm i get a thud like somthings hitting in there. but only when its warm, Could this be warped housings?

Compression is higher when the engine is cold.
Weak motors start well cold but have hot start problems.

To your second question: Tear it apart and find out.
