S5 Tii swapped s4 vert:

Upon my way to rotorfest my BOV broke into peices. So got a new one on after "tryin" to fix the old one, and now the car doesn't boost the 11psi that it used to. It goes to about 9 max and only like 6-7 in 1st and 2nd gear. Idle sounds like a vac leak but I haven't found one yet. Does this sound like a wastegate issue? I just need to be pointed in the right direction. Basically the car still runs like it did when the BOV first broke. Any common issue? TPS? I am wondering about the TPS cause there seems to be a dead spot that's always been there.
