lots of bogging N/A, help a NOOB out, please

ok
well i got my car like 3 days ago.
drove it. it was fine, except it has no tps, (runs better w/out one)
it runs on premix (no omp)
i put 11 gal. of gas in it, and i think i added too much premix b/c after that it started to run shitty, had a bog from around 2500 to 3500, no light a stutter bog but like it was missing.
so i figured it was b/c too much premix. So i ran the premix out.
and still had a little less than quater of a tank.
i put 5.5 gal in it and added 3.5 oz of premix.
and i installed new spark plugs.
well the hesitation from 25-35 is still here,

b4 any of this happened
every now and then there would be a slight bog at 4k at full throttle, just like i was going let off then went full thrtl. again

so i was just dealing with it till i had time to take a look,
and was fking around with my friends honda tonight,
and in 2cnd gear it did the same quick bog at 4k then did it like 2 times at 5k then like 3 times at 6k.
then it didn't do it at all.

i just drove normally then got on it again
didn't do it untill like 4th gear and it did a quick bog at 4k then just like bogged down copletely and giving it gas did nothing,
just like i wasn't even stepping on it.
and then it was fine then did this same thing like 3 more times, through 2 3 &4 gear, then it was fine,
got about a block away from my house and was in second stepped on it and it bogged out again, so then i parked it and came here.

engine and mods are as follows (to my knowledge)
all emisions removed (every thing) only has 3 vac. lines
no tps (not really a mod, but ya know)
RB exauhst header precat mufflers
k&n filter charger
street ported
i noticed alot of crappy wiring.
and got under the car, and the O2 sens. wasn't plugged in like the wire was chopped off. I looked around for it and didn't see the orig. wire.
i saw another wire that wasn't plugged in under the car on the driver side next to the exauhst kinda.
it was red/green stripe.
saw a wire right by it, also (like they were cut apart)
but it was all red.

so
1 where does the O2 sens. start at ( where could i trace it from to plug back in)
2 what is this wire i saw
3 why was it bogging

now it started doing all of this the day i added too much pre-mix
i have no idea if it is related

the heavy bogging just started after i changed the plugs
(i first thought maybe wires are conected wrong but it runs fine sometimes)
i was think maybe the O2 sensor not being plugged in could be it.
but then again the tps and O2 sensor haven't been plugged in for a long time, ( as in prev. owner never had them plugged in)
i have no idea if related
this is extremely annoying and i can;t even drive the car
( b/c don't know when/ if it will bogg really heavy again)
please help me out asap guys
this is my only car
thanx in advance

i was reading, and i think it could be the fuel filter.
could the fuel filter get that dirty from running a full tank of gas w/ like 2-3 oz. too much premix?

ummm no tps? that would be a problem...
and readthe FAQ and search for the 3800 RPM accel bug... it's not too difficult

and no, i doubt the fuel filter would get clogged that easily...
now, you ARE dumping like 1:100 mixture of 2-cycle into the gas, right?

i have known the car for years also
well i talked to him and it turns out
it is most likely the secondary injector wiring,
it was cut aprat and just twisted together and left exposed.

trace the sensor back and you'll see the wire connects to a connector between VDI and top of rear rotor housing or so.
