Lost front counterweight and eccentric shaft pulley mount

Hello everyone, so i bought an engine off someone on marketplace and they did not have the from counterweight or eccentric shaft pulley to go with it, i found some people with doner counterweights they can sell me, but i was wondering how id weigh everything and make sure the counter weight is the right weight, i read that i can measure all the moving parts (rotors with the seals) along with i believe the rear end of the eccentric shaft with the rear counter weight, then devide by 2 and thatd be my front counter weight, but i am unsure because it kinda sounded like it was worded for only piston engines, im not sure if that method would work for a rotary, either way, i was hoping to weigh everything then make sure the counter weight is a little too heavy, then shave off some to make it the right weight.

also i was wondering if eccentric shaft pulley mounts were pretty cross compatible between years? Or is it year specific, could i get one off a s5 and put it on an s4?

Also i wont listen to any of you talking smack, im here for the info, not a 20 minute lecture about how i dont know what im doing lol.

The front counterweights are all the same in reference to rotor weights - meaning: if you've got heavier S4 rotors you use the S4 front counterweight, and with S5 rotors you use an S5. If you're interested in balancing past that you'd need to find someone with a balancer and the proper bob weights/setup for rotary work. Pineapple offers that service up in Washington I'm relatively certain.
