If the engine revs up good or feels like is reving up normal. Your clutch might be slipping so much that the engine is just freereving. Park your car at a safe place (nothing to hit) start the car and put it in first without giving any gas and see if the car stalls. If it stalls then your clutch is most likly okay. If the engine keeps running then you clutch is most likly toasted. Hope this helps

Motor goes but car dosen't = clutch.

You can probably smell what's left of it burning.
A clutch kit & reface the flywheel - you're good to go.

Start the car in a safe area (nothing to hit). Start the car and put it in first gear. If the engine stay running you clutch is toasted, if it stalls right away your clutch is not your problem.
