loss of power above 3500 rpm

see.. this should be simple right>? but since i did my motor swap ive noticed this. the car (s4na) surges at rpms above 3500 under full throttle. basically viewing my safc, the throttle reading blips down to 99.7% at random intervals, and this is really slowing my car down guys.

any ideas?

why would the throttle signal short out?

99.7% is wide open, .3% of your position sensor voltage was lost for some reason. You have a different problem. i would look more toward your secondary injectors.
