Looking for a place to buy a pulley kit

alternator just busted so i figured this would be the perfect time to switch out the pulley system but i can't find a place that sells the parts all in one kit....and do you know of a company that sells a front strut bar that actually fits the car....i bought one and it won't fit unless i move a whole bunch of parts around...thats what i get for shopping on ebay.

I don't like you already. sell your car before you kill it with all the stupid **** in that "mod" list.

How old is the car? how long ago did you buy it? what maintenance have you done? what have you replaced?

You are 15? I never could have figured that out.

Keep mowing lawns, save up for a all the issues your car is going to have.

Then 4-6 months from now after you crash your rx7 street racing a honda civic take the insurance money and buy a honda that wants to be riced.

Sad that another 7 has to die.

it should go

change spark plugs
change oil and all fuids
check for vac leaks
get some nice tires
fix everything already wrong with your car
save up for engine swap or rebuild

not to add a whole bunch of useless fast and furious crap to the car.

Unless you are drag racing on a track or are doing very limited street driving in a cool climate, you don't want to use a pully kit. It underdrives the water pump and the already weak stock alternator, so that a street driven rotary powered vehicle often will have cooling issues, as well as insufficient alternator output at idle.

..and do you know of a company that sells a front strut bar that actually fits the car....i bought one and it won't fit unless i move a whole bunch of parts around...thats what i get for shopping on ebay.
To fit most ebay strut bars you will need to mount the bar at an angle, not straight across like most FWD economy cars. At an angle it should just clear the top front bolt on the alternator at about a 45 degree angle.

maybe not an entire kit...i could install a lightweight pulley onto the stock alternator...i was reading an article that said you shouldn't use synthetic oils in a rotary engine....is that true and if it's not....why?

as long as it is the same diameter as the stock pully, you could do that... but why? Do you have more money than sense? Forum member Higgi makes alumn alt pulleys, but the few oz you are saving will not gain you any HP and probably look silly since it is a dual pully.
