So I just bought a 1990 GXL and I'm trying to take care of a few little things. Unfortunately, one isn't so little. The running lights don't work. When the brake is applied, the brake lights come on. Otherwise, they won't turn on. The issue seems to be the switch. I got someone to look at it and give me a price for a new one. On the estimate it's called a "turn signal/combination switch" and the part number is FC66-66-120A. From the dealership, it's $585.45. Anyone know where I can order one online for less? Just buy a used one...either go to a junk yard or get one from a member of this board.

 

Wrong switch to be looking at in my opiinion. You should be looking at the headlight switch and possibly the short harness that connects to that switch.
