Question How to take the carpet off?

OK guys.... so Im having trouble taking off the carpet from my FD.. I really have no idea on how to pull it off.. So I took of the seats, bins and everything else you can think of since im striping my interior. I just cant get the carpet off. Im having trouble taking it off from under the dash part.. under the a/c controls, radio part.. I would really appreciated if someone could help me out. THANKS!!

The carpet under the dash is acutally glued in very well under it, I didn't feel like pulling the dash and I just trimmed it around the dash

Do get it out without cutting it, you have to take out the front dash...pretty much literally strip out the whole interior cept the headliner. I might be able to help out if your in houston.

I was thinking about cutting it but just donk know how im going to put it back.. it suxs that im not in Houston..

well, if you cut it right, you wont' be able to tell...but i was putting new carpet in so i wanted to do it right...so i stripped her.

carpet removal PIA!

If you want to do it right and not cut the carpet so you can reuse it or sell it you have to take out the dash and all the HVAC boxes. Unfortunately you will have to get the AC refrigerant pumped out and stored. NOT fun.

i had to do the samr on my fc. i had to remove every thing but once you get it out your happy cuz you have one complete piece instead of a cut piece and try me i thought about cutting it but im glad i didnt
