AR 91 rx7 na converted t2.....

Have just recently purchased a 91 fc with t2 conversion motor and tranny, the question I have is what the seller tells me as how he hooked up the motors wiring to ecu. He told m he kept the NA ecu and only had to swap two wires to make the t2 work....anyone ever heard of this or was I getting a line of BS cause he knew nada about anything I was asking him?

maybe he kept the N/A harness and only changed 2 wires to run it?
check the ECU to see if it is the N/A or TII.
N350 is a N/A and N370 is a TII.

Maybe he said that he used the NA harness and only had to modify two wires to make it work with the T2.

That could be correct.
