Looking for a fuel pressure regulator.

i think my fuel pressure regulator is going bad, the car finally runs good now but i notice that the top of the regulator rotates about a quarter turn and back( dont ask me how i found that out) but its old and i want to upgrade it. Does anyone have any ideas on what is the best regulator.
