Logicon, heater not working

My logicon is not working at all. I tried to turn on the heater and absolutely nothing happens. Same with AC. BTW, there is some kind of mechanism underneath the very right side of the dash, that opens and closes constantly. I dont know what it is for, but when I plug in the logicon, it just opens and closes and opens and closes. Its like a big white box with a door in it. What can I do to fix this? I need the defroster! You dont know how cold it is when its 40 outside and I have the windows down to keep the window from fogging!

Test the air/mix motor and the heat control motor, then replace your logicon.
Search function will help you here.

DId you test the air mix motor and the heater control motor?

If either is bad, they will blow any logicon you install.

Search for "Air Mix Motor" using my name, I have posted how to check it many times.

"mode motor" should be the other search
