Your idle could be messed up because of the TPS or vacuum leeks.
Sucks about your clutch...

umm you dotn go into boost without load. drive the car after you fix clutch and see fi you get boost. its hard to get much boost in nuetral.

that wasnt a nuetral rev, i was in first gear punching it. the second video is showing me driving hitting no boost at all then the clutch breaks.

First gear is close enough to a neutral rev that you may not get much boost.

well this was happening to me as well however I'm sure there are numerous fixes however mine ended up being a bad (hybrid turbo I got from somone off of the partstrader) turbo and a ghetto front mounted intercooler. Also what helped this out incredibly was doing the fuel pump rewire.......actually this helped the most with my no boost situation. also if you can remove your emissions where your at this helped my idle incredibly!!!! I know have a constant idle at 800rpm (knock on wood ) Oh yeah the reason you have so much vacuum is because your idling so high.

My car pushes 3 lbs of boost at a standstill rev to 6500 rpm. S5 turbo...full straight exhaust, no emissions.

(=

i pull about -15 lbs at idle for vac

3 in. straight pipe one res. minimal bends...

hondahater, how did you rewire the FP?

also would oil have anything to do with no boost? it looks like there is a leak where the turbo oil line meets to oil pan...or that could be the reason for such a loud sound when accelerating..

Yea sounds like vac leaks if its ideling that high. I think the best way for me, yes for me, was when I removed emissions. This eliminated a shitload of possible vac leaks and now I know EXACTLY where there could be some, wheras before with all the hosing it was very difficult to find out.
Your engine also sounds like its missing, slight fluctations, etc. So tune your TPS and see how it runs, as for the missing, I have the same problem and I've been told that its lousy compression, but the car runs good so im not so sure about that... I still havent done a compression test

my idle problem i think is due to the throttle body, when i reach behind the IC i can move the piece connected to the cable and lower the RPMs but as soon as you touch the pedal is gets stuck around 1000-2200. i will def. check the TPS on it because i know my friend had a problem with his recently and was gettin some of the same things i have.. but when i got my tune up down i checked the spark plugs and looks like some carbon build up. the plugs also look to be old and oem so im gunna replace those too.. time to pull some double shifts at work... haha

ps. i hate money lol

make sure you throttle cable isn't tightened to far because if you tighten that nut on there to far it will have a high idle. Also try spraying some white litheum grease down around the throttle body on those springs. Do a search for fuel pump rewire and there should be a very simple diagram to fallow.

I do have a question though that I still don't know the answer to. What is good stock vacuum pressure??? I have 15 is this good? Stock ported motor by the way.

first thing i would check is for a major vacuum leak, it is very likely you are getting no boost because it is ecaping through your vacuum leak source as well, this would explain a crappy high idle and why you are getting boost, i can hear the turbo spool but i can also hear the woosh of the pressure escaping somewhere.

to the person who said you probably won't boost in first gear.... i love the drifts i get when the turbo kicks in in first gear so i think that answers that.

I bet your secondary throttle plates are not opening properly.

no matter what's wrong, obvioulsy you have some work to do if your clutch blew up.
