FL little puzzled

i know about search i did, some question just dont get answers or never lead to an answer. so my question or issues are, my headlights wont go down and my right turn signal wont go in but i hear it clicking, i know its the cpu but i have some other problems in dont understand.

when i press the brake pedal my revs drop a little and go up when i let go, and if i have lights on air fan on and rear defrost on my volts drop to 12. when i turn each one off it goes back up.

if this helps at all front wiper works only one speed and rear only works once in a bluemoon, also with the cold start sometimes it works good rev to 3000 and all but other times it revs 2000 or 2500 up and down quickly until i hit the gas and it stops. car is all original 90 glx.

i know i wrote alot sorry its just bugging me. i dont post much but on here everyday, thanks in advance for anyone who can help me with this.

mechanicaly smart not electric smart.

This sounds like your alternator or battery. Drop a new battery in and test it, and have your alternator tested - I think they can do this at garages.

have you tried to manually move the lights down?

as for the brake thing thats cause your sticking a load onto the battery and it is the alt kickin on to try to make up for the load

the wiper issue is a bad relay i think. easiest thing to do it to get a used one and try that out

and i heard somewhere that the rev to 3k on a cold start was somewhat of a crappy set up. think that came from aaroncake. cant remember. but i wouldnt worry much about it

well i'd take them both to a parts store and ahve them tested. that way you know for sure. they should be able to test both and tell you which is bad
