Question little port on the manifold?? what is it??

I just put on a Pacesetter header and high flow CAT. Im very happy with it in the day iv drivin it. question is on the engine and stock manifold there is a little port and the header has no port to match, what is it for and will it affect my car in anyway???

I think that is for the afterburn prevention system. Pumps a little fresh air in there to help it burn off or something. This is also why your car runs rich at idle... the O2 sensor is in open loop!
