ok my 86 n/a idle surges from 1k to 1.3k...and also after sitting all night when i go to start it it will just click once each time i turn the key. then after a few times of trying it will start like always...do you think its just a ground to the starter?

my starter started doing that right before it quick working at all. i say replace it while you can before it leaves you high and dry.... just my opinion.

 

If it's just clicking then check your solinoid not the starter!!! pull it, clean it, along with all connections to it!!! that may be all it takes!!! I had a similar problem and that's what fixed it!!!

You need to refill your headlight fluid.

 

He was pissed off because no one replied after 2 days. I would be too especially since it's happened to me, however I don't get angry about it.
