i tried working the tps, im just not 100% certain on this idle issue, the turbo to downpipe gasket is not been installed, but i dont think that would be my issue....

While the car is idling and all accessories turned off, please take a voltage reading at the alternator output wire and see if the reading matches the voltage gauge. I could see you already have at least the dash lights on, but the output wire should be at least 14 volts and very low voltage can at times make the electric circuits act in pecuiliar ways including the ECU. Also, make sure the car is completely warmed up (20 minute ride always does the trick) when setting the G/R wire at the TPS to 1 volt while all accesories are off.

You seem to be hunting at idle. That is the problem you wanted help with, yes? Hunting at idle is either caused by a vacuum leak, or an overly lean mixture. Since it sounds like you just put your engine back together I am tempted to guess the former. I used to have all kinds of leaks from the emissions blockoff plates I used. Eventually I just said the hell with it and had those holes welded up.

Now idle is good except... When I depress the clutch pedal it starts surging again as soon as you let off back to normal idle .. Only thing I can think of is maybe electrical ? Idk its a odd issue ?
