a little input please

i just removed this, can you tell me what it is. i think it's the subzero cold start assist but not 100% sure.

That looks like the charcoal canister at the end of the fuel vent line.

Yep, Charcoal canister it is. It was there to ventalate the gas fumes in the intake after the car is off... or some ****.
