LIM gasket replacement

I'm in the process of fixing a vaccum leak in the LIM gasket. Do I have to remove abs pump and air pump to get to it? What other parts other than the gaskets would I need to replace when putting everything back together. Thanks

Wow - you're in for a lot of work.

To remove/replace the LIM gasket, you've got to remove the turbo and UIM and then the LIM, not to mention the ABS pump, airpump, airbox, TID, turbo heat shielding and some other stuff I'm sure that I'm forgetting.

Good luck and I hope you have a buddy who's done it before...

ABS doesn't need to come out...

if you have to remove the lower intake manifold, the turbo has to come off. if you are just fixing a leak between the upper and lower? then the turbo and lower one can stay on.
