FWIW, the following is from the AEM UEGO manual on the specs for the Bosch UEGO LSU4.2 wideband sensor. It's supposed to be good for 80,000 KM, assuming you're not running too rich or burning a lot of oil, which would never happen with a rotary... ;^)
A replacement calibrated sensor is $79 on eBay.
Those Pineapple Racing dual EGT gauges appear to be standard aviation gear.

look, all you need are the following
- oil pressure
- oil temp
- water pressure
- water temp
- EGT
- wide band
- boost
- exhaust temp
- outside air temp
- tranny fluid temp
- rear diff fluid temp
- blinker fluid pressure
- Tach
- speedo
- intake temp
- intercooler temp
- tire pressure (this requires 4, or 5 if you have a spare!)
- Voltmeter
- power steering temp
- fuel pressure
- gas gauge
- nitrous pressure
And i think thats all that are REQUIRED anything aside from those, you could prolly live without!

how much more modern would that movie look... lol.
how difficult is it to wire in a haltech..
i REALLY wanted to do that with a laptop seein as gauges do attract too much attention.
whats the oldest (cheapets) laptop you can work with?

What i would like to do.. is replace the stock gauge cluster with a screen, and then plug in comp, and have a full digital readout of any guage you wanted... then theifes would look in your car, and see nothing out of the norm... and your gauges would just be black when your cars off... but when you turn it on...

at least thats what i would like to do.. or where the heater vents, radio all that is, replace it with a touch screen (done nicely) and then you can control heater controls, music, all by touch... that'd be good for a show car.

Hope this isn't to off subject.
If a person used electronic gauges fit in to the stock cluster, as mentioned before, could they use the stock harness for a connection? Even if one had to change the engine sensor and/or do some rigging with the factory connection to the gauge in the cluster

HEY, we also have a G3 (if that even exists) apple laptop!
no but seriousyl, the laptop i picked is TINY, i mean if i open my hand wide, it pretty much covers a most of the laptop from corner to corner.. its about half the size of the keyboard YOUR using right now.. haha!
still wondering how compatible the HALTECH is to a windows 2000 NT.

well i was under the impression that windows XP and 2000 were different in operating modes, ie looks.
didnt think that would make a difference on which Haltech it would use.
reason is i'd rather use the newest version as oppose to the earliers. lol.
