if it turns solid green but doesn't blink you could have a bad connection at one of your bulb sockets or a bulb on it's way out or a ground wiring problem but chances are it is just an old worn out bulb, replace all of them or the one that intermittently doesn't work.

if the green arrow doesn't turn on at all suspect a faulty turn signal switch, the contacts inside are probably worn or have corrosion on them.

I would take out the guage cluster and check the bulb and especially the socket for the troubled light. If its not that it could the wiring between the guage and the turnsignal relay.

check to see if the turn signals are blinking, if they are and the green arrow is not on then you will probably need to pull out the instrument cluster and change out the bulbs in it.

nope the turn signals are not blinking and the green arrow isnt blinking. i belive none of the lights are out cuz the left turn sinal will work when it feels like it. i hear the clicking noise tho. its clicking fast kinda like i have hyper blinker or something.

sounds like a blown out bulb on the outside of the car, doesn't take much effort to check them: 4 screws in the front of the car and pull back the hatch carpet in the rear.

wiggle the bulbs and see if they start flashing, or replace any that are not on when the signal is turned on.

if that doesn't change anything your relay could be fried or the wiring from the relay could have a problem.

If its clicking fast, and your sure the bulbs are good, the relay is bad.. the center coil gets loose.. You could replace them from a junker for about 5$.. located on drive side kick panel. Little black box.. bottm part pulls right out of the box. Once screw on top.
