Leaning out between 3k and 3.5k

Anybody have any idea what can be the cause of my leaning out between 3k and 3.5k rpms. It happens whether or not im on full throttle (boost) or low throttle (cruise). Its not a too bad of lean out in boost (i think) goes from (afrs) 11.9 to 13.5 then back again with in 2 seconds. It only happens at the point, and it really isnt a hesitation (I barely feel it). My guess is either my FPR (fuel pressure regulator) or my Fuel pump voltage.

Any ideas? Please let me know. Thanks.

first make sure your grounds are clean and add an ECU ground (do a search on this). Otherwise, look into the Rtek 1.7 with stumble elimination fix... it's a bug in the stock ECU.
