leakey rear brake

so today I finally found out where the brake fluid has been leaking from on the rear caliper. The part where the E-Brake cable attaches to the caliper is very loose, I can wiggle it freely with my hands and almost pull it totally out. I used to have to fill it up with fluid every few days untill recently it empties out within a few hours. I have almost totally lost my brakes, but it still stops if I pound it to the floor board, I dont want to be driving around like this for very long, but I need it to get back and forth to work.
Do I need a whole new caliper?
