Installing a microtech ecu and it lists the primary and secondary which is the leading and trailing?

Not sure I follow you... there is no "leading" or "trailing" injectors... are you thinking spark plugs?

Anyway, your primary injectors are on top of the engine block on the short rail, your secondary injectors are on the longer rail on the manifold.

 

Clearly put:

Primary INJECTORS (short rail, under manifold)
Secondary INJECTORS (long rail, top of manifold)

Leading SPARK PLUGS (Bottom spark plug)
Trailing SPARK PLUGS (Top spark plug)

 

The Primary injectors can be found in the center plate on the engine. the one towards the front of the motor is primary one(I suppose this could be the leading injector) and the one to the rear is primary two. the secondary injectors can be found mounted to the lower intake manifold(turbo) upper manifold (non-turbo) and again the one towards the front is Secondary one and the rear is secondary two. Now if your talking about the trailing ignition then the coil pack nearest the brake booster is the trailing coil and the one mounted just infront of the strut tower is leading
