lb tq on bolts of 89 na flywheel & clutch?

i got a 89 na rx7. i got a new fidonza ( sorry if spell wrong) flywheel and a stage3 clutch and heavy duty pressure plate.. and i was just wondering how much pound of torque do i tighting up those bolts on the flywheel and clutch..? thanks

look in the FSM, probably in the haynes manual too...

Yep.
Those things have a lock washer underneath?
So, they don't have to be torqued down super tight.

Flywheel nut is 290-362 ft-lbs

yup fly wheel nut is exactly 289-362 ft-lb and the cover assembly to fly wheel is
13-20 ft lb ... found this in the work shop manual... these are the stock specs atleast

how the heck are you gonna keep the motor from turning over when torquing the flywheel nut? (i need to do my clutch soon as well)

mazda has a special tool with three teeth it works wonders let me tell you that!. theres also another tool out there that kinda locks it but unless your superman and have four arms i dont see it helping much
