lagging

alright I couldnt get my pic to load dfrom my last post.. sorry guys for the reposts... but im having more problems.

It takes the car a few tries to start (like 30) once its running I have to let her heat up before I take my foot off the clutch or she will die out.. when i take her on the road she seems ok to drive at first but after a minute I realized she has NO power!? Its a new rebuild and i've been told they need to build compression before they have a lot of power but I tried to take her up a hill and well lets say she was alright until the top.. she then lagged out (no power no matter how much gas I give her) and i crawled up the hill...

my friend tried to see how much power she had by pushing her to 7000rpms (in neutral)... seems ok but no power on the street!?

Are fresh rebuilds supposed to be this hard to start? and are they this low on power?

the car has only about 30k on it since the rebuild.. ive let it run about 5 times (letting it run for about 30 mins each time) When I had it at the dealership the guy said the front rotor isnt building compression and so I shouldnt drive it until I get that fixed...
I put the bolt in that I missed but it still feels underpowered...

How powerful was yours when you first put in your rebuild?
