Lack of Power.... No Power

HI All, This is my first post here. I use to own an 83 RX-7 Years ago. I loved it. My old car just blew its motor on the highway and my father and mother in law were kind enough to offer to give me their 86 RX-7 GLX 13B Engine. My father in law has had the usual flooding troubles and installed a switch in the console which you can turn the fuel off to clear the engine. We also had to do a ATF treatment to clear the excess gas. But he had some problem that led to him parking it in the garage. We swapped plugs a couple of time and got it going. It started nice idle started out 2k and dropped itself to 1000 on the tach. Then it starts hunting with the idle. It drops all the way down to 500 or so and practically shacks itself to death. The idle climbs back up to 900-1000 and runs smooth. but shortly it will drop back down and shake the motor pretty good. We checked the timing. Both were right on. I took it out for a road test. No power at all. It cant climb hills. I took it up a road I could open it up on. It was a struggle just to get it going. I noticed the that if I don't have the accelerator mashed to the floor im not going to make it to the next gear. If a use about 1/2 throttle once I reach 3600 on the tach the power drops until it reaches 3500. It will continue doing this unless I throttle down and get past that point. I thought maybe the Throttle position sensor. But I don't have an explanation for the total lack of power. It even revs up slow. I hope someone here can give me some insight. Its rusty but trusty and... it does accelerate down hills nicely. Well, somewhat. HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks in advance. I will try and check these forums during the week. I do work out of town during the week. So Ill take all the help I can get.

Bad/misadjusted TPS, low compression, vacuum leaks, dirty injectors/fuel filter/etc. Could be a lot of things. I'd start with a compression check, and then I'd go through and do a full tune-up, adjust the TPS/etc and go from there.

Update:
Front chamber compression test 0 - 0 - 0 Rear 85 - 85 - 85
Its dead I would rebuild the engine if the body wasnt eaten by rust.
