my safc is saying sensor 2, the mass air flow, in the sensor check is getting >.09 volts. i checked the maf by removing the black covering, i have a blitz intake, i was watching the needle jump as i hit the throttle. but the voltage stays the same on the safc, it drops as low as .025 volts. i feel like i am missing about 50 hp, and occasionally it kicks in and will run right until the next time i turn it off. i have checked a lot of grounds and vaccuum lines and i dont think i have either.

anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
