KYB AGX issues with factory adj. susp. help.
I have just ordered the KYB AGX w/Eibach Pro Kit for my 1990 RX-7 GXL. I currently have the electronic adjustable suspension and it says on the site when ordering (Exc. Adj. Susp.).
So, I called KYB Tech Support and he mentioned that they will fit and the factory electronic suspension piece will just be removed when unbolted.
Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks in advance..

AGX's are manually adjusted, the stock OEM junk adjustables were adjusted with a stepper motor.
AGX's are far superior to the soft riding OEM struts so i suggest if you want the performance then forget you ever had the switch in the center console.
if you really want to keep the factory option then your only choices are to go with an aftermarket set like the ones Tein offers for their adjustable struts or the OEM ones which likely will run you $1000 or more for the set.

Thanks for the responses.
Yes, I am going away from the factory crap to the KYB"s. It is just that the KYB description mentioned it excluded fitment with the RX-7 with factory adj. suspensions. The store I bought the KYB's from said that he wasn't sure it would fit due to some servo for the factory adj. suspension.
But, when I talked to KYB tech support, they said it would, but even then he didn't have a positive voice.
So, sounds like there is no fitment issues that I have to worry about...
