Knock sensor question

I am swapping a turbo II motor into my S4 N/A. The only thing that I cant find is a knock sensor. What are my other options for this problem? Thanks.

do you mean you are looking for the parts for a conversion and you can't find a S4 knock computer?

The knock sensor is external on the S4's, and yes, I am looking for the computer, not the sensor. I believe the engine comes with the knock sensor.
