k&n cone?

my bro in law has 2 spare K&N cone filters that he used to use on a geo metro coupe. can i use it on the rex? and whenever i do get an intake what do i have to do just take out the air box and put the filter on that hard rubber hose and clap it? or do i have to disconnect some wires and stuff?

you have to check the part number and see if it matches the rx7. i think the part number might be 57-5005. or maybe thats for the fipk? i dont remember. its not that hard to hook up.

As long as it has a 3" intake it will fit any 2nd gen with an adapter to change from a round hole to a square hole!
