I got a new to me stock 1981. The tires are not from this century. Since they need to be replaced I want to put tires that work well when trying to kill cones.

I run A008 tires on my '67 Cooper S and love them. I see they do come in a size to fit my stock RX-7 rims. I haven't seen any comments while searching about how good these tires work on a RWD.

What is the wheel size on your stock RX7? I'm interested in these A008s if they are 13s.

 

008's!?! Still around? I used a bunch of them 20 years ago, 205 60 13. Great autoX tires, and wore well enough for street use.
