You bought a pair of coilovers and do not even know the model? For all you know they could be the Tein Basic which do not go for more then 800/900 brand new. I am assuming you spent around 500. Now i doubt these are the basic but still should never buy something without knowing let alone on ebay. Contact the seller as they will have the best answers.

look like oldschool Tein HR (prior to the HA), my first coilovers on my 240sx where HR that i also bought used back in 02.. *i later sold em in 05 and got my money back , to buy my friends slightly used HE drift specs for that car). You can always sell ur coilovers and get your money back.

non damper adjustible and no adjustable bottom perch for proper ride height.
so dont expect to be able to slam your car.

But if these will be your first coilovers, they will be a world of a difference regardless... nothing like your first set of coilovers to introduce you into the game. haha

you do realize you are paying $165 for them to be shipped surface mail from Japan right?

That means they will take up to 2 months to arrive.

Depending on how old they are they might have to be rebuilt, which I think Tein charges like $150 each for. Fortunately Tein does rebuilds in-country, you won't have to ship back to Japan.

Dunno how you can say that without knowing dampening/spring rates.

Spring rates so low/shot that the car is slammed with the coils all the way up.

Everyone likes their own style. The only difference between that car looking crappy and good is moldings and a paint job.

Exhaust looks terrible too. What happened? Why not cut it flush? Can't afford 4 of the same rim? hahahah.

LoL. Good laugh though.

Rotaries like to pop fireballs at high rpm.

Drift cars like to bounce off the rev limiter

Rotaries with exhausts cut too short sometimes catch the bumper on fire.

See the issue there? :P

Hmmm, i pop flames when I am high rev'ing. This problem has been almost completely fixed by adjusting my A/F at high RPM. But, even when I would pop a flame, it would be straight back out of the exhaust. Like a little flame jet. Never an actual fireball. My exhaust tips are approx. 1" to 1.5" out from bumper.

The extra 8-9" of exhaust tip is silly.
