Well, you have some options. You can go to sears and get a "bolt extraction kit" or you just may need the one bit. What that does is you drill a hole through the bolt, and then you insert the bit (looks about like a drill bit that continuously gets larger, and drill that puppy out. If that doesnt work, i would say drill the whole bolt out, and re tap it with a "tap and dye" set/bit. What that does is when you drill the bolt out, you have a hole, then you insert the tap and it makes new threads for you. Good luck man!
Also try some vise grips, hell may work, and some rust cutter spray.
Exactly what bolt did you get get suck and break?

It is VERY common for those bolts to break. That's why it's always a good idea to use anti-sieze on the bolts when you install them - saves from this problem happening down the road. It's common for these bolts to get loaded up with water and antifreeze from filling the water up, so they get nice and rusty.
Anyhow, you have to drill it out and extract the broken bolt with an EZ-out or the like. Start with a small drill bit, and slowly work your way up.
It will be slow, time consuming work, but just be patient.
