Just got my VDI S5 manifold!

Just got an S5 manifold for my S4 , I've found two installation guides:
http://howto.globalvicinity.com/gv_w...i=46&co=1&vi=1
&
http://homepage.mac.com/carldavis/intake.html

Has anyone used either one? Or recommend either of them? Also what is the general consensus on using the lower intake manifold?

I've read that the VDI is on the s5 upper intake manifold, and that the s4 lower intake manifold flows better. So what's the recommended setup all S5 manifold or S4/S5 hybrid manifold? Thanks!

(Note: I want to keep the air pump and most of the emissions junk I live in MA)

This is good for about 10hp so I should be nearly on par with S5's, in terms of hp, after the swap (i think)

I believe that the emission stuff is all one the lower intake manifold if I'm not mistaken.

in order to get the s5 uim to fit the s4 uim you have to drill a hole in the uim, me i decided against this and just used an s5 lim

Right, but to use the LIM from the S5 you'd have to plug some holes and notch the engine, right?
