If the looks bother you, get some flat black high temp paint an make it vanish.

dude take it off and get a racing beat..... lol j/k. i had to. i dont think it looks that bad. dont worry about the looks of the muffler. worry about your bumper getting burnt. i would leave it and just change the angle alittle bit.

Your car looks too nice for that ricer muffler imo.
Straight body, Good paint, clean wheels.
Sorry but that just doesnt do the car justice. Belongs on a wanabe "tuner" honda.

Off the subject but my friends honda is doing low 13s with stock exaust and nothing but gutted cats. And his sounds better than most of the hondas i see with mufflers like that one.
In fact most of the cars i see with mufflers like that have no other mods and are quite slow.

Something tells me that's going to have part of the bumper wrapping around the sides and bottom of that muffler sometime soon.

I have had it like this for almost 2 years with no problem. I had the car in several event and played around for the afternoon at an abandon airstrip. The car is turbo running 12psi. The reason it doesn't get so hot is because I have a very large mid mounted muffler. That one gets really hot. My carpet on the passenger side is now a little discolored.

Ok, that makes more sense as to why it hasn't melted. A second muffler, not a bad idea.
