Double check that your plug wires are all on correctly. I once had mine hooked up incorrectly after a plug change and the motor was struggling until I figured it out...

the wires are all sparking when I remove them one by one( I know its a little dangerous). I took the plugs out and cleaned them up with some sandpaper and adjusted my fuel curve on the microtech -5%, all is well... for now

Try resetting your cpu. Open up the fuse box under the hood and yank the two fuses closest to the engine. one will be EGI, can't remember the other. Give it 5 min or so and put them back in. Rightside up... dunno why but egi is in upside down sometimes. Crank her up.

I had a problem a few weeks ago with my trailing coils and car starting roughly, not exactly as you describe but similar. Resetting fixed it. At the very least, it won't hurt anything and it's free.
