Ok, so my car has been down for a while due to finance problems, but tax time is coming
up so I plan to get my rebuild going as well as a decent setup. Here's what I had in mind:

Rebuild with internal upgrades such as FD corner seal springs, etc
BNR Stage 1 or 2
Full or half bridge port (street car, not my DD)
Rtek 1.7
720cc secondaries
FMIC
etc, etc

I have a few questions with this setup:

Will I need a custom intake manifold to go with the bridge port?
Will the port be too big for the turbo? Bigger turbo?
Hard to pass emissions?
Anything important I'm missing about a bridge ported engine?

Also an important note, the car already has a 3" downpipe and exhaust. I'd like to pass
emissions, but is that goal too farfetch'd with this setup? I'm open to considering a large
streetport, but I'd looooove to have a bridge for the street.
