JDM S5 13B-t into usdm Turbo II chassis, no problem right?

Hey all, I just wanted to confirm that there shouldn't be any problem with taking a JDM S5 FC3S 13B-T and replacing my 230,000mile USDM S5 FC3S 13B-T. Anyone who may have done this before know of any odd little quirks I need to look out for?

I'm no stranger to engine swaps, just not Wankel engine swaps. From the searching I've done, it seems like I should be able to just disconnect my complete uncut wiring harness from the JDM motor, and set it in place of my stock US one, I'm planning on even leaving the harness in the engine bay and connected to the US S5 ecu. Am I wrong?

Thanks for the help guys.

any recommendations on weather to use the USDM or the JDM ecu, I'm thinking the US one, just to be sure there are no differences in tuning for varying fuel octanes, but better to ask than not, right?

I just got a JDM 87 TII engine and I am gonna use my original wire harness. Will use all the sensors from the original engine also.
